Sanctification
Our doctrine for this week: Sanctification.
- It is defined as: “the ongoing supernatural work of God to rescue justified sinners from the disease of sin and to conform them to the image of his Son: holy, Christlike, and empowered to do good works. In sanctification, Christ’s righteousness is imparted: by the power of the Spirit,

The sanctification process should lead to spiritual growth and fruitfulness.

There are works to be done that been prepared for those of us who are in Christ (Eph. 2:10).

And while is the Holy Spirit who empowers us to grow and produce fruit, we must actively participate in that process.

Sanctification is a process. Spiritual growth is a process. It is empowered by the Holy Spirit, but we actively must engage in the process.

Our active participation in the sanctification process is again proof of the calling of God in our lives unto salvation (Phil 2:12-13).
Santificación
Nuestra doctrina de esta semana: Santificación.
- Se define como: “la obra sobrenatural continua de Dios para rescatar a los pecadores justificados de la enfermedad del pecado y conformarlos a la imagen de Su Hijo: santo, semejante a Cristo y capacitado para hacer buenas obras. - El proceso de santificación debe conducir al crecimiento espiritual y la fecundidad.
- Hay obras por hacer que han sido preparadas para quienes estamos en Cristo (Ef. 2:10).
- Y aunque es el Espíritu Santo quien nos capacita para crecer y producir fruto, debemos participar activamente en ese proceso. No debemos ser ociosos ni improductivos.
- La santificación es un proceso. El crecimiento espiritual es un proceso.
- Nuestra participación en el proceso de santificación es prueba del llamado de Dios en nuestras vidas a la salvación (Fil. 2:12-13).
